GUEST
-There are no kids or extra guest allowed.
-If you arrive with guest, my apologies they will have to sit in the car due to there being no room for extras.
DEPOSITS
-A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking but, will be used towards services. Deposits are refunded only if I cancel the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash, Cashapp or ApplePay.
LATE POLICY, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS
- There is a 15-minute grace period for being late. After 15 minutes your appointment is canceled, there is no late fee.
- Appointments must be rescheduled/ canceled 24 hours in advance. You will have 30 days to reschedule a new appointment with the same deposit. After 30 days a new deposit is required.
- No shows will be blocked from booking future appointments.
WIGS
- I do not install used wigs. (Meaning the lace has been cut or installed by someone other than myself.) I require wigs with new uncut lace for installations.
- I do not work over other people's work.
- NO T-part Wigs
- NO Synthetic Wigs
DROP-OFFS
- Wigs/closures/frontals are required to be dropped off at least 2-3 days prior to your appointment. There is a fee of $50 for same day customization.
- If you are receiving color, your hair must be dropped off 5-7 days prior to your appointment.
-I am located at 3640 Westgate Center Circle Suite C Winston-Salem, NC 27106 (There is a drop box at the door for all items)
COLOR

LACE
Lace Color Grid.
- HD lace (best for all skin complexions, melts really good)
- Transparent lace (best for light and brown complexions)Â
- Medium Brown Lace (best for darker skin Complexions)Â
To avoid any confusion, you are more than welcome to text me a picture of the lace against your skin for approval. It is highly recommended and a good rule of thumb that if the lace is brighter than you or blends in with your skin tone. If you are unsure please text me.
